After starting off as an incredibly nervous driver who never thought she could pass, Jim was the best driving instructor!! Jim is incredibly patient and understanding I’m his teaching and helped me to understand how to drive to a top standard and was always incredibly professional in his teachings.

Jim helped increase my confidence significantly and I have enjoyed every lesson that we had as not only did I learn a lot, but I always had a laugh! I 100% would recommend anybody to Jim as you will learn everything you need to know and enjoy every moment.

I 100% recommend my dad, he might be my dad but he is an amazing instructor. He does anything he can to help you in succeed in driving. I was originally learning in st Helen’s and did all my training there and I got a cancellation in Chorley and we went straight there and he helped me get the confidence to go for it. Thanks to him I got a pass first time. 100% recommend.

Known jim for around 2 years now, not just a driving instructor but been a good help & friend too, we’ve both had deaths in the family when I’ve learned to drive with him but regardless he’s shown up with tears in eyes and the world on he’s shoulders, stayed professional & got he’s jobs done. I never believed I could drive and was going to do automatic, after my first lesson with him he gave me the confidence to feel like I could do it, I’m forever greatful for learning with him, prices are affordable and always get 24/7 help, thank you so much! I passed my driving test first time with Jim about two weeks ago I can’t recommend him enough, he’s calm and explains everything so well but has a laugh with you too which makes everything that bit more comfortable when driving. He also helped me with my theory in order to pass that too. Couldn’t have done it without him!

Highly recommended booking your driving lessons with Jim. Every lesson is a laugh and he makes you feel so comfortable and confident in everything you’re doing. Such a lovely person to have next to you whilst learning how to drive he isn’t just your instructor he’s also a friend. Can’t thank him enough for helping me pass first time!

Highly recommend booking lesson with Jim! Enjoyable lessons and always up for a good chat as well as learning. Failed twice (by my own stupid mistakes) but he always picked me back up and helped me not panic. As long as you listen to him you cannot fail.
